Job Summary We're looking for a dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing high- performing sales professionals, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: * Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high performing sales team. * Desk deals, track revenue logs, and manage retail delivery reports. * Provide ongoing coaching, support, and development to improve individual and team results. * Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit. * Support the sales team in the showroom, assisting with customer interactions and closing deals. * Manage the negotiation process with the sales team to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. * Appraise vehicles for trade. * Maintain a positive and customer-focused sales process from start to finish. * Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Proficient in computer applications and basic math. * Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
