What You'll Be Doing * Build, grow, and maintain a strong book of commercial roofing clients * Develop long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers * Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts * Prospect new commercial opportunities and convert them into loyal clients * Work closely with our operations and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly * Manage the full sales cycle--from initial contact to close and follow-up * Represent Division 7 Roofing professionally in the field and at networking events What We're Looking For * Commercial roofing sales experience (Preferred) * Strong understanding of roofing systems, repairs, maintenance, and replacements * Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally * CRM experience is a plus What We Offer * Competitive base salary + commission * Established company with a strong reputation and growth mindset * Supportive leadership and operations team--you sell, we help deliver * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) * Phone, laptop, and tools to help you succeed * Opportunities for long-term career growth Why Division 7 Roofing?
