Sales Executive - Wholesale & Events Company Overview Peeko Oysters is a rapidly growing oyster farm and brand rooted on the North Fork of Long Island. Position Summary The Sales & Client Relations Director is the driving force behind the growth of Peeko's wholesale and events businesses across the NY Metro Area and nationally. This role blends strategy with hustle--building relationships, closing deals, and translating market demand into smart sales and operational decisions. You'll work closely with our Marketing Director to shape and execute strategies that move Peeko forward, one shuck at a time. * Our farm is in Cutchogue, NY but the primary territory for this position is NYC. Why You 'll Love This Role * You'll help grow a respected, sustainability-driven oyster brand with real momentum * Your relationships and ideas will directly shape Peeko's growth and future * No two days are the same--farm days, chef meetings, events, and strategy sessions * You'll work with a small, passionate team where initiative is valued and impact is visible * You get to sell a product people genuinely love (and eat) Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development * Grow revenue across wholesale and events channels per quotas. * Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities * Build and manage a diverse sales pipeline--from restaurants to events to brand partners * Set revenue targets and develop smart, seasonal sales strategies continued. . . Client Relations & Account Management * Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale and event clients * Build lasting, revenue-generating relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, event planners, and partners * Deepen existing accounts through education, tastings, and hands-on experiences Strategy, Forecasting & Operations Alignment * Forecast demand across wholesale, events, and experiential revenue streams * Share market insights with farming and operations teams to help shape production and pricing * Optimize pricing strategies that reward volume, loyalty, and long-term partnerships Systems & Process Development * Help develop, maintain, and maximize our HubSpot CRM implementation and sales tracking systems * Manage software tools that support wholesale and event sales, i.e Quickbooks * Track KPIs and continuously refine sales processes for growth and efficiency Qualifications * Proven success growing B2B or wholesale sales, ideally in food, beverage, or hospitality * Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills * Experience managing multiple revenue streams or customer segments Preferred Attributes * A genuine passion for sustainably produced food and aquaculture * An entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset * Comfort bouncing between environments--from oyster farms to restaurant kitchens * A strategic thinker who loves turning ideas into action Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cutchogue, NY
