We'll provide a steady stream of qualified company appointments each month -- and between those, you'll learn how to create your own opportunities through rep-generated business (networking, referrals, social media, partnerships, and more). You'll get hands-on mentorship, consistent feedback, and a clear path to success. For the first three months, you'll be coached directly by your manager and work alongside proven top performers who've already built thriving careers here. If you bring the drive, we 'll teach you everything else. Career Path & Income Growth Your earnings grow as your skills grow. Year 1: $100,000 - $150,000 (company appointments + rep gen) Years 2-3: $175,000 - $250,000 (as your network and referrals expand) Year 4+: $250,000+ (leadership, strong rep gen base, and mastery) Top performers advance through our internal growth path: Sales Consultant -> Sales Supervisor -> Sales Manager. What You 'll Do Run in-home and showroom consultations (4 days in the field, 1 in the showroom). Guide homeowners through product options and help them make confident decisions. Build your own book of business through referrals, community relationships, and creative outreach. Follow up, manage your pipeline, and consistently hit your goals.
