We are seeking a results-driven Front Line Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and coach a team of inside sales representatives in a fast-paced wholesale environment. This role is responsible for driving daily sales activity, improving conversion rates, managing performance, and ensuring consistent execution of pricing and sales processes.

What You'll Do

:

• Coach and lead an inside sales team to achieve revenue and margin goals
• Drive outbound activity, pipeline management, and order conversion
• Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Support complex pricing, orders, and escalated customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of inside sales experience; wholesale or distribution preferred
• Prior leadership or coaching experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
