Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits. * Identify new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts and market analysis. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering tailored solutions. * Manage sales pipeline data using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and analysis purposes. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product value propositions. * Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on customer retention. * Technical sales experience involving product demos and complex solutions. * Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop targeted sales strategies. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster team collaboration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for organizational purposes.
