Duties * Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, demonstrations, and selections to enhance their shopping experience * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts * Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are attractively presented * Manage stock levels through regular stocking activities and communicate inventory needs to supervisors * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions professionally via phone or in person, adhering to proper phone etiquette * Support store operations by performing basic retail math for transactions, balancing registers, and assisting with cashier duties Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience is preferred, or similar store environments; supervising experience is a plus * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math concepts * Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette * Basic math skills for transactions, inventory counts, and sales calculations * Experience in grocery stores or retail environments that require upselling techniques and product demos is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your retail career!
