This is a full-time, in-office position with paid training , weekly pay , and uncapped commission potential -- top performers earn $50K+ annually! What You 'll Do * Make outbound calls to warm leads only - no cold calling! * Introduce customers to insurance products and connect them with licensed agents * Stay positive and professional while meeting daily call goals * Build quick connections and handle objections with confidence * Contribute to a fun, supportive, and energetic team atmosphere Pay & Schedule * $17.00/hour base pay * Weekly paychecks every Friday * Uncapped commission & performance bonuses * Top performers earn $50K+ annually * Monday -Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:00AM - 6:30PM EST (no weekends!)
