This is a full-time, in-office position with paid training , weekly pay , and uncapped commission potential -- top performers earn $50K+ annually! What You 'll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads only - no cold calling!
• Introduce customers to insurance products and connect them with licensed agents
• Stay positive and professional while meeting daily call goals
• Build quick connections and handle objections with confidence
• Contribute to a fun, supportive, and energetic team atmosphere Pay & Schedule
• $17.00/hour base pay
• Weekly paychecks every Friday
• Uncapped commission & performance bonuses
• Top performers earn $50K+ annually
• Monday -Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:00AM - 6:30PM EST (no weekends!) What We 're Looking For
• Must be within commutable distance from the Ohio Office
• Previous call center, sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and confidence on the phone
