Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. * Develop and implement strategic plans for territory management and lead generation to maximize sales potential. * Present product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value propositions through effective upselling techniques. * Engage in cold calling, direct sales, and inside sales efforts to expand the customer base. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining strong customer service standards. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities for growth. * Provide ongoing account management by maintaining regular contact with clients and addressing their evolving needs.
