Position Overview The Studio Sales Manager (SSM) is a full-time leadership role that works closely with the Studio Director to drive membership growth, retention, and sales excellence. This role owns the first-time client experience, leads retention efforts, and trains staff to perform at a high level while maintaining Red Light Method's culture and standards.
