Overview

The Studio Sales Manager (SSM) is a full-time leadership role that works closely with the Studio Director to drive membership growth, retention, and sales excellence. This role owns the first-time client experience, leads retention efforts, and trains staff to perform at a high level while maintaining Red Light Method's culture and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead follow-up with prospective and current members to drive enrollment and retention
• Manage new member retention and handle cancellation objections
• Provide ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-play sessions for staff
• Analyze sales performance data and member feedback to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with Studio Director to plan membership growth strategies
• Attend required weekly corporate meetings, training sessions, and KPI reviews Scheduling & Expectations
• Full-time role with flexible scheduling requirements
• Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• On-floor studio coverage plus dedicated administrative and training time

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (fitness, wellness, or service industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable using CRM and scheduling software
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences
