Duties : * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives - * Work well with the sales team, providing guidance and support - * Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer base - * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners - * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth - * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies - * Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions - * Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management Responsibilities : * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management and business development strategies. * Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking, to generate leads and close sales. * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
