Job Description: Our fast-growing Nail Industry community is looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Sales and Customer Service roles. Requirements: * Fluent in Vietnamese and English * Good communication skills, friendly, and a good listener * Comfortable using and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) * Sales or customer service experience preferred (salon/spa background is a plus) * Passion for the beauty, nail, or business industry is a big advantage * Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn * Able to take notes, track customer information, and follow up carefully * Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel * Assist with office tasks and paperwork * Provide excellent customer support before and after the sale * Available for weekend shifts Benefits : * Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions. * Attractive income based on KPI and performance * Full health insurance coverage. * Continuous training & career advancement. * Supportive, team-oriented culture.
