This role is critical in supporting our Sales organization and internal stakeholders by managing operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys working cross-functionally. What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)*: * Email & Communication Management: Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. * Pricing Support : Assist with pricing requests, approvals, and updates to maintain consistency and compliance. * Sales Team Support : Provide day-to-day operational assistance to Sales representatives, including troubleshooting and process guidance. * Internal Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Accounting) to resolve issues and streamline workflows. * Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input and maintain data in ERP, CRM and other systems to ensure integrity and reliability. * Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of sales data, pricing, and processes to ensure adherence to company policies. * System Testing : Participate in testing new tools, system enhancements, and process changes to ensure smooth implementation. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: What You'll Need (Qualifications): * Education: High School graduate, Optional Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience: 1-3 years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or similar role preferred. * Skills: * * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
