Full description of the position

Summary: We are looking for proven top sales people who understand how to build and maintain relationships and provide solutions for our clients. We will support you with sales training, qualified leads, advanced sales tools and an attractive compensation package designed to reward you for reaching and exceeding your goals. Technipaq is a family owned and operated company that manufactures flexible packaging for the Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare packaging industry since 1984. Starting from a small one machine company that has grown into 3 locations totaling 182,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and logistics facilities, Technipaq has maintained 2 constant principles; superior customer service and short lead times. We are an ISO 9[please apply online] organization with a 13485 certification for the medical and pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling plastic packaging in the medical device industries, Qualifications * Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales objectives * Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills * Organized, with attention to details * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers * Must be a self-starter with strong time management and planning skills and have the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan * Strong verbal and communication skills Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required * Minimum of 5+ years of previous outside sales experience selling to medical device companies in multiple states * Must be proficient in Salesforce.com or Hub Spot and MS Office * Must be willing to travel within your defined region, traveling approx. 50% of time-Territory is ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL * Previous experience with quota based compensation plan with new and repeat sales goals * Sales experience in plastics or packaging industry a PLUS * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently * Must be self-motivated and results oriented * Must hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance We Provide: * A competitive pay package * Excellent benefits, including Medical and 401(k) w/Co match * Vacation/sick leave * Company-paid training
