We are hiring a Sales-focused Recruiter Staffing Sales Consultant to drive new business and grow client relationships. This role is ideal for a self- motivated, results-drive professional who can prospect, close, and deliver staffing solutions. Responsibilities: * Generate new client business through cold calling, networking, and referrals * Manage client accounts and identify hiring needs * Negotiate rates, close deals, and open job orders * Manage new client accounts and grow existing * Source, screen, interview, and place candidates * Conduct interviews in English and Spanish * Meet weekly and monthly sales and recruiting goal Requirements: * 3-5 years of staffing sales and recruiting experience * Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required * Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Experience recruiting and placement of light industrial and clerical talent * Proven track record in B2B sales and cold calling * Goal driven and motivated by commission Compensation: * Salary base + commission (negotiable) * Career growth opportunities Apply today if you're ready to sell, close, and grow with a winning staffing team.
