Key Responsibilities of Event Sales Associate: * Represent nonprofit partners at local events, engaging with the community to raise awareness and secure donor support * Lead face-to-face outreach and fundraising efforts, ensuring alignment with fundraising campaign goals and client messaging * Build positive relationships with potential donors to promote long-term engagement and support for charitable causes * Monitor team performance, campaign metrics, and fundraising targets to ensure continued success * Work collaboratively with fellow managers to exchange strategies and improve campaign effectiveness * Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to strengthen leadership, communication, and fundraising skills * Maintain regular communication with internal leadership and nonprofit partners to provide updates and feedback *What We 're Looking For in an Event Sales Associate: * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork * Comfortable with in person sales and public interaction * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented * Must have reliable transportation *Please note we are looking for someone who can start immediately or in the next 2 weeks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance Work Location: In person
