We're looking for a results-driven and proven Sales Director. The individual will need excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in this role. POSITION SUMMARY Sales Manager A sales Manager is responsible for managing a company's sales department and overseeing the sales process. Their responsibilities include: * Developing and executing sales strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve sales goals, and partner with other directors to develop better strategies * Building relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, and work with internal teams to provide excellent customer service * Setting sales objectives: Forecast sales volume and profit, and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories * Managing the sales team: Recruit, select, and train employees, and provide leadership and motivation to the sales team * Analyzing the market: Understand industry trends and the competitive landscape, and monitor supply and demand, economic indicators, and competitor offers * Communicating value: Articulate the company's value proposition to customers and other stakeholders, and communicate the organization's values and processes through presentations and proposals * Creating and maintaining records: Create and maintain accurate sales reports Skills: * Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively * Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills * Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales * Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns * Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy * Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives * Planning, organization and problem-solving skills * Advanced time management skills Hours: Full Time Position Job Types: Full-time Salary: Starting at $45,000 per year plus bonuses and commission.
