Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers in the bustling mall environment and guiding them to choose the perfect crystal option for their pictures. Your warm and approachable demeanor will make our customers feel welcome and valued, while your product knowledge and sales expertise will ensure they leave with a truly meaningful keepsake. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement:Greet customers with a friendly smile, engage in conversation to understand their needs, and build rapport to create a positive shopping experience. 2. Product Consultation: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our 3D crystal offerings to recommend the best options based on customers' pictures, preferences, and budgets. 3. Demonstrations: Conduct impressive live demonstrations of our 3D technology, showcasing how their pictures will be transformed into elegant crystal keepsakes. 4. Upselling and Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or complementary items to enhance the customer's purchase and satisfaction. 5. Order Processing:Efficiently handle order processing, ensuring accuracy in capturing customer details and picture specifications. 6. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and visually appealing kiosk display to draw in customers and showcase our products. 7. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns promptly, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a mall or kiosk setting. - Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers. - Enthusiasm for technology and an eagerness to learn about 3D crystal customization. - Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding customer expectations. - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude even during busy periods.
