Alpha Millennial Group is hiring for our Retail Promotional Sales team in the Las Vegas area. Compensation: * Hourly base pay: $19-$24 per hour * Additional commission opportunities based on individual performance (Commission amounts vary depending on performance and business needs.) Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Your daily tasks will include a variety of customer-facing and administrative responsibilities, such as: Customer Interaction & Product Education * Greet customers as they enter the retail location and initiate friendly, professional conversations * Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and recommend promotional products * Explain features, benefits, pricing, and current promotions for products such as cell phones and accessories * Demonstrate products when needed and guide customers through available options Sales & Performance Tasks * Assist customers through the full purchasing process * Document customer information accurately for processing * Work toward daily and weekly sales goals set by management * Maintain an organized display area and ensure promotional materials are stocked * Support team members when traffic flow increases Brand Representation * Represent the company professionally while working at assigned retail locations * Ensure compliance with vendor policies, store guidelines, and company procedures * Communicate with retail store partners in a respectful and collaborative manner Reporting & Communication * Provide daily feedback to management regarding customer inquiries and store activity * Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on promotions and product changes * Follow instructions from team leads and ask questions when clarification is needed General Duties * Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area * Handle customer concerns politely and escalate when necessary * Adapt to varying customer volume throughout the day * Support inventory counts and restocking when required Requirements: * Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working in a customer-facing role * Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store * Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn * No prior experience required -- training is provided Additional Information: * This is an in-person retail position * This is not a call center or work-from-home role Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Required) Work Location: In person
