* Lancome, a luxury beauty brand, is looking for a candidate to connect with clients and determine their needs. Due to the flexible nature of the position, this role will be at various locations and schedule may vary due to business need by market and will be approximately 15-25 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: * Connect with clients and determine their needs. * Create a luxury experience including product demonstration. * Provide new and existing Lancome customers with exceptional service. * Complete digital learning modules when applicable. * Display exceptional customer service. * Commitment to work mutually agreed upon schedule. * Working with sales team executing promotions and recap to Sales & Training Executive. Job Qualifications: * All sales/client facing experience considered; Cosmetic/Fragrance sales experience not necessary. * Possess a drive for results. * Adaptable and flexible to working different retailers including traditional Department Stores and Open Sell Beauty Stores. * Able to work weekends and some holidays. * Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods. Hourly rates for this position range from $14-$20 hourly depending on location and experience.
