Motorcycle Sales Associate - Texoma Harley-Davidson Sherman, TX Full-Time | Tuesday -Saturday (Saturdays Required) Competitive Base + Commission (Strong earning potential) Job

Overview

Texoma Harley-Davidson is looking for motivated, driven Motorcycle Sales Associates to join our growing team. This is a performance-based sales role for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and representing an iconic brand. • Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right Harley-Davidson motorcycle
• Present and demonstrate motorcycles confidently and professionally
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers
• Guide customers through the full buying process from first contact to delivery
• Maintain accurate customer information and deal documentation
• Work closely with Finance, Parts, and Service to deliver a world-class experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism and integrity What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including Saturdays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to be coached and trained Preferred (not required):
• Sales experience (motorcycles, automotive, or high-ticket retail)
• Motorcycle endorsement or riding experience
• CRM or dealership sales system experience
