Full description of the position

Description: Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic and compassionate individual to join our sales Development team as an entry-level Patient Advocate. In this role, you will support patients and referral partners in helping grow awareness of TMS Therapy and Salience Health. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Salience Health or medical sales with full training and mentorship provided. Key Responsibilities * Assist patients by phone to schedule consultations and answer questions about services. * Track and manage patient leads and referral activity using Salesforce. * Support the sales process by coordinating with care navigators, insurance teams, and treatment coordinators. * Help resolve patient or provider concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * Build relationships with referring doctors and ensure they are informed of updates. * Reaching out to new and previous TMS therapy patient to engage them in scheduling consultations or meeting with the care navigator team for retreatment. Required Skills & Attributes * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor. * Organized and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating the internet. * Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. * Professionalism in communication and appearance Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required * Some college or experience in customer service, referral generation or sales preferred * Salesforce experience is a plus but not required Work Environment & Physical Demands This is an office-based role with frequent phone and computer use (up to 70-75% of the day).
