Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of the medical industry. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales, account management, and technical product demonstrations to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features and benefits of our medical products. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through outside sales efforts. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales agreements that align with company objectives. * Manage accounts effectively by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, marketing initiatives, and training sessions. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organizational tools such as Microsoft Office applications. Job Description ABOUT THE COMPANY: Supply4GI LLC is a medical consumable supply and equipment service/sales company specializing in the Endoscopy/Gastroenterology field. We serve hospitals, physician clinics, surgical centers, urgent care centers, and 3rd party medical suppliers. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking an energetic and articulate sales representative in the healthcare industry to represent our services and products to hospitals and clinics. We are expanding to other territories and this is why we are looking for you. There will be a significant amount of cold calling to hospitals and clinics within your territory. This is an in office job with the potential of hybrid work from home determined after 90 day trial phase and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Selling our Enzymatic Detergent - Selling our Filters for the Endoscopy Devices we support - Selling Endoscopy equipment and service. - Maintaining customer relationships - Demonstrating company products and services as necessary - Negotiating and closing orders by obtaining purchase orders as necessary JOB FUNCTIONS: - Strong knowledge of healthcare industry to effectively sell our products to current and potential clients. Training provided. - Work with management to keep account activities and literature up to date. - Ability to generate leads by various resources. - Perform appropriate analysis to best determine prospective customers to use as sales leads. - Identify and assist with resolution of potential client concerns. - Preparation of action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. - Maintain scheduling to keep standing relationship with current customers and persistence on prospective customers. The position requires knowledge of selling products, organization, a sense of urgency and self-direction. No Travel Required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Cellphone - Laptop or Home computer for remote work - Internet Access - Basic computer skills, knowledge in Microsoft software - Strong organizational, problem solving and administrative skills.
