About us Cornerstone Auto Sales is an independent used car dealership that opened in 2016, and specialize in selling quality pre-owned vehicles. We have finance companies for all credit types. We work harder to earn our customer's business than any other dealership in town with a strong referral program to generate leads and repeat business. We are looking for an automobile sales consultant that will specialize in internet leads and customer follow-up in addition to in-person sales. The ideal candidate will act as a personality for dealership marketing moving forward. We focus on differentiating ourselves from the typical dealership experience. We have multiple 5 star reviews from our customers online, and many more to come. We are looking for someone who is motivated, technology savvy, a social media personality, and a strong closer. This position is responsible for but not limited to: Respond to internet leads generated by our website and other online lead sources. Manage dealership social media presence through Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms. Tracking customer interactions, and working leads through the sales process. Requirements: Must possess above average computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication, proficient with Google Web Applications, and Online Automotive Sales Applications. Candidate must be proficient in word processing applications such as Google Docs, proficient in spreadsheet applications such as Google Sheets, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and more. Must be organized and detail oriented. Able to work well with others, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to meet deadlines, and communicate issues to management. Must be able to drive on company insurance, stand for extended periods, and lift over 40 lbs when needed. Must be able to pass drug screening and work in a drug-free environment. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement. Compensation is commission with bonuses based on sales.
