Position Overview CleanEVV (dba: Clean Suite) is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This role focuses on selling commercial cleaning, specialty sanitation, and biohazard services to businesses, institutions, and property managers while representing the CleanEVV brand with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who understands consultative selling, values long-term partnerships, and thrives in a performance-based environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development * Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads * Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to assess client needs and propose customized cleaning solutions * Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service agreements * Close new business and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Client Relationship Management * Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers including property managers, facility directors, business owners, and administrators * Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early service implementation * Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions and service satisfaction * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (specialty cleaning, periodic services, add-ons) Market & Brand Representation * Represent CleanEVV at networking events, chamber meetings, and community functions * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CleanEVV services, industry trends, and competitive landscape * Accurately document sales activity and pipeline in CRM systems *Qualifications & Skills Preferred * 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred; service industry a plus) * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Self-starter with a disciplined, goal-oriented mindset * Ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines effectively * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally * Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, janitorial, restoration, or franchise sales * Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal tools * Knowledge of contract-based or recurring-revenue sales models Compensation & Benefits * Compensation range: $40,000 - $55,000, based on experience and performance * Commission on new and expanded business (uncapped earning potential) * Paid Time Off (PTO) , including vacation, personal days, and paid holidays * Flexible schedule * Flexible PTO scheduling to support work-life balance * Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance (if applicable) * Ongoing training, sales enablement tools, and career advancement opportunities * Opportunity to grow into senior sales, sales management, or leadership roles Why CleanEVV?
