Pay: $17/hour base + bonuses About Us Pure H2O has been helping customers in Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati improve water quality for over 25 years. Through our exclusive partnership with the nation's largest home improvement store, we connect face-to-face with shoppers to start the conversation about cleaner, better water for their homes. What to Expect in This Role This is a high-energy, customer-facing role inside a retail store. You will be on your feet, proactively starting conversations with shoppers, conducting short water surveys, and collecting qualified leads. * You must be comfortable approaching strangers first and keeping a positive attitude even after hearing "no" many times. * Success depends on consistent performance -- meeting company standards of 5+ surveys per hour. * This is not a closing sales role -- you won't be selling a product on the spot, but generating leads that our team will follow up on. * You'll work independently in the field , managing your own energy, reliability, and results. What You 'll Do * Initiate conversations with customers in-store. * Conduct short surveys and collect qualified leads. * Consistently meet or exceed company standards for lead quality and volume. * Use your smartphone (with location services) and our app to clock in/out. Pay & Benefits * Base Pay: $17/hour. * Bonuses: Uncapped -- you get bonuses for extra leads AND installs! * $250 hiring bonus after 90 days. * Paid training, weekly pay, recognition programs. Schedule * Minimum of 10 hours/week, maximum 29 hours/week. * Must be available at least one weekend day. * Must be willing to work at any store within your 20-mile zone. Requirements * 18 years or older. * Must pass a background check. * Reliable transportation within your zone. * Working smartphone with data and location services. * Fluent in English with strong verbal communication. * Comfortable standing/walking for long periods and handling frequent rejection. * Reliable, self-managed, and trustworthy while working independently.
