Your Opportunity: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the trusted guide from first inquiry to booked surgery. This is a true consultative sales role -- blending emotional intelligence, education, and confident closing. You'll work closely with Dr. Ravi and the clinical team to ensure every patient journey feels seamless, elevated, and intentional -- all within our new luxury facility.
What You'll Do

(Daily Wins):

  • Respond to warm inbound leads via phone, email, web, and digital inquiries
  • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations
  • Educate patients on surgical & non-surgical procedures
  • Present customized treatment plans with clarity and confidence
  • Overcome objections and close high-ticket surgical cases
  • Follow up consistently to guide patients toward confident decisions
  • Track consultations and outcomes in EMR/CRM systems
  • Re-engage past patients for additional services, reviews, referrals, and retention
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver a luxury experience
  • Represent the practice at select events and promotions This Role Is Perfect for You If You
  • Have 2 to 3+ years of experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical sales, or luxury consultative sales like high end retail or hospitality
  • Have a proven track record closing high-value, emotionally driven services
  • Are confident, polished, and relationship-oriented
  • Love working toward KPIs, revenue goals, and conversion metrics
  • Communicate with empathy, clarity, and authority
  • Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented (EMR/CRM experience a plus)
  • Align naturally with a high-end luxury brand
  • Are bilingual (English/Spanish) -- a major plus
