Your Opportunity: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the trusted guide from first inquiry to booked surgery. This is a true consultative sales role -- blending emotional intelligence, education, and confident closing. You'll work closely with Dr. Ravi and the clinical team to ensure every patient journey feels seamless, elevated, and intentional -- all within our new luxury facility. What You'll Do (Daily Wins): * Respond to warm inbound leads via phone, email, web, and digital inquiries * Conduct in-person and virtual consultations * Educate patients on surgical & non-surgical procedures * Present customized treatment plans with clarity and confidence * Overcome objections and close high-ticket surgical cases * Follow up consistently to guide patients toward confident decisions * Track consultations and outcomes in EMR/CRM systems * Re-engage past patients for additional services, reviews, referrals, and retention * Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver a luxury experience * Represent the practice at select events and promotions This Role Is Perfect for You If You * Have 2 to 3+ years of experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical sales, or luxury consultative sales like high end retail or hospitality * Have a proven track record closing high-value, emotionally driven services * Are confident, polished, and relationship-oriented * Love working toward KPIs, revenue goals, and conversion metrics * Communicate with empathy, clarity, and authority * Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented (EMR/CRM experience a plus) * Align naturally with a high-end luxury brand * Are bilingual (English/Spanish) -- a major plus Compensation & Perks: * Competitive base salary * Uncapped commission structure * Health insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Employee discounts on Botox, fillers, skin treatments & more The Bottom Line: If you are a confident closer who wants to build a long-term, high-income sales career --while genuinely impacting patients' lives -- this is your opportunity.
