Full description of the position

As a Client Sales Representative, you'll provide sharp, empathetic sales support for local customers during professional in-person sales presentations. As a Client Sales Representative, you will assist customers in making the most effective decisions regarding their telecommunications needs. Whether it's explaining new AT&T services available or walking someone through their first installation, the Client Sales Representative guides customers with clarity and care--proving that the best feature of any AT&T product might just be the support behind it. Client Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person sales through knowledgeable conversations with applicable homeowners and decision makers within the local community. * Respond to customer inquiries about AT&T services, promotions, billing, and equipment throughout the sales process. * Provide sales assistance by troubleshooting device issues, supporting activations, upgrades, and processing service requests for AT&T wireless accounts. * Drive customer satisfaction by resolving service concerns promptly, ensuring compliance, and reinforcing AT&T's reputation for reliable wireless solutions. * Educate customers on AT&T offerings by explaining product features, rate plans, and service benefits to support informed decisions. * Ensure operational accuracy by maintaining detailed records of customer accounts, interactions, and sales activity in client systems. * Collaborate with Client Sales Representatives and Sales Management to align strategies, share insights, and strengthen AT&T campaign performance. Client Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or technology preferred. * Experience in customer support, retail, or sales valued; telecom or consumer electronics background is a strong advantage. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AT&T's residential cell phone plans, features, and promotions clearly and confidently. * Ability to adapt to sales systems and digital tools to process transactions, update accounts, and ensure compliance with AT&T's reporting standards. * A people-focused mindset, both in the office and while communicating with new and existing customers.
