We're growing and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Sales & Marketing Specialist to help expand our presence in the commercial sector. Position Summary: We are looking for someone who resides near Novi/ West Bloomfield area. We offer an IRA match, PTO and 1/2 employee health insurance. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD The Commercial Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, facility directors, insurance professionals, and business owners. This role involves outbound marketing, social media presence, hosting events, in-person networking, and developing strategic partnerships to increase our brand visibility and secure commercial restoration contracts. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement marketing strategies targeted at commercial accounts * Build relationships with property management companies, real estate groups, commercial landlords, contractors, insurance brokers, and facility managers * Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, chamber meetings, and industry functions * Schedule and lead in-person meetings and presentations with key commercial decision-makers * Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software * Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery * Assist with branding and promotional efforts including flyers, email campaigns, social media content, and referral programs geared toward commercial prospects * Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity in the local market Qualifications: Knowledge of the restoration/ and or construction industry is preferred but not required.
