Full description of the position

Position Description: SVPSales - NAM Reports To: President Land-based Gaming and Inspections PRIMARY OBJECTIVE The primary objective of the SVPSales -NAM, is to work with the Line of Business (LOB) president to define and execute the NAM Land-based customer sales strategies for the land-based LOB with the NAM sales team, with revenue growth, margin performance, and sales effectiveness outcomes critical to the role objectives. The role supports a geographically distributed sales team and is directly accountable for driving profitable growth globally. The role plays a central part in building, structuring, and scaling a high- performing global sales team, setting clear commercial priorities, defining effective sales processes, and ensuring consistent execution across NAM sales team and global regions as applicable to global accounts. Responsibilities * Manage NAM Land-based strategic large accounts (SLA's) with senior sales and account managers, to achieve NAM and global sales targets with profitable revenue growth year-on-year in the SLA accounts. * Manage NAM Land-based emerging strategic accounts (ELA's) and T35 accounts with NAM sales and account managers, to achieve sales targets and to develop all other NAM accounts to grow year-on-year with profitable revenue, building up existing customers and winning new customers. * As instructed and requested, provide accurate on time sales, customers and market information to direct manager and Executive team. * Submit long and short-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies to reach or exceed targets. Supporting business and budget planning. * Manage the NAM sales team, covering training requirements, running individual and team sales meetings to process all sales needs and opportunities. * Provide information to executive management regarding customers, industry and sector group statuses, and appropriately plan and strategize providing recommended approaches to maximise future business growth. * Manager sales teams to service current accounts and develop new customers to meet sales targets through effective management of the customer relationships across all contact points (administration, delivery, executive management) - both internally and externally (customers). * Demonstrate intimate business knowledge of each major customer's business and be able to articulate BMM's value proposition as it evolves, to all levels of management (internally and externally). * Maintain contact with customers (existing and prospective) to ensure BMM's services continue to meet and exceed customer requirements. * Work with BMM's Operations & Delivery managers as required to drive growth, customer project delivery, communications and general customer experience improvements. * Ensure communication flow within BMM globally, through the use of IR forms for all customer (existing and prospective) interactions. * Manage sales team for effective and full use of our Salesforces system, with customer contacts, leads, opportunities, sequencers and SLAM plans. Provide performance and achieve reporting based on Salesforce information. * Ensure all BMM contracts are supporting the business short and long-term objectives for extended engagements, revenue growth, cash collections and profit growth. * Create a positive and inclusive sales team culture and supportive sales and customer engagement environment within the NAM operations. * Ensure BMM's Quality Management System is managed to reflect current sales process, customer templates for MSA's, Terms and Conditions, NDA's, LOE's and commercial contracts / proposals / SOW's. Key Performance Indicators * Achieve or exceed annual LOB revenue targets and monthly / quarterly revenue requirements with profitable BAU and new business opportunities * Achieve positive customer survey responses for all major accounts, using BMM's approved Customer Questionnaire. * Meet or exceed the yearly KPI's set by LOB President including Revenue Targets, Customer meetings and specific KPI's related to business development and sales activities * Ensure quality of all communication with customers meets or exceeds customer expectations (including accuracy and completeness of invoices) through the use of IR forms * Customer AR is managed to meet the DSO requirements of the business. * Ensure adherence of the sales team to all BMM's sales tools, selling behaviors and cadence policies and procedures. Qualifications * Relevant bachelor's degree and education. * Minimum 10+ years experience in managing a sales team selling services. * Preferable to have experience in the NAM land-based gaming industry.
