Leads! Leads! Leads! We have too many phone and email leads to handle. We provide all leads. No cold calling required. Inside Sales Position (40 hours per week in the office) --Residential and Commercial Doors (Downtown Los Angeles). National Door Company is seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to join our sales team in Downtown, Los Angeles. Starting pay is $85,000 per year- earn up to $300,000 in your first year. REQUIREMENTS Candidates must demonstrate the following: * Experience with CRM in past position * Strong computer skills * Strong telephone communication skills * Strong closing skills * Team mentality POSITION SCOPE -Effectively handle a heavy volume of incoming telephone leads and email leads. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Answer lead inquiries concerning product and pricing by phone and email - Email customers estimates and effectively following up at strategic times - Maximize leads for conversions to sales - Accurately report prospects through proper use of daily recaps and ongoing reporting - Maintain personal sales metrics at or above company standards KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Planning, organization and time management skills are absolutely essential - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills - The ability to present both product and service capabilities of Company in response to the unique needs of each customer. - Education: bachelor's degree preferred HOW TO APPLY We Encourage You to Apply!
