• Execute structured phone blocks and keep your pipeline full.
• Represent Western Elite in the field and at local events.
• Deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish. Who This Is For:
• 2+ years of sales experience (outside, B2B, or relationship-driven sales preferred).
• Comfortable prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Looking for real growth and earning power , not micromanagement.
• Valid driver's license required. Pay & Perks:
• $60,000 -$85,000+ earning potential.
