Job Summary: We are a fast-growing company in the furniture sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking an In-House Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team with order processing, customer relationship management (CRM), and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting or managing Big Box retail channels such as Costco, Home Depot, Menards, or other national retailers , and be familiar with the operational, compliance, and coordination requirements of large retail accounts. The In-House Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing sales orders, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication between sales teams, customers, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in CRM software and retail account support. Key Responsibilities: Handle sales orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Support sales operations for Big Box retail accounts (e.g., Costco, Home Depot, Menards), including order coordination, documentation, and compliance requirements Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to track and manage orders Maintain and update customer and retailer data in CRM software to ensure accurate records Assist in managing customer and retail accounts, order history, and follow- up communications Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, chargeback documentation, and customer inquiries Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to the sales team and retail partners Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics by account or channel Serve as a liaison between customers, Big Box partners, and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and issue resolution Provide after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and coordinating solutions Qualifications: Experience supporting or managing Big Box retail channels (e.g., Costco, Home Depot, Menards, or similar national retailers) is strongly preferred Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is required 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, or retail account support Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, customers, and retail partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to analyze data and generate sales reports Bilingual in English and Mandarin Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental Insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Have you supported or managed Big Box retail channels (e.g., Costco, Home Depot, Menards, or similar national retailers) before?
