Architectural Sales Professional We are seeking an experienced Architectural Sales Representative sales professional to drive luxury fenestration sales in a high growth territory and manage the day-to-day showroom operations. This role is ideal for a self- motivated professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and understands the technical, aesthetic, and performance demands of high-end fenestration. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and developers in the luxury residential and specialty commercial markets * Specify and promote premium window and door systems from early design through project completion * Act as a technical and design resource, guiding product selection, detailing, and performance criteria * Identify new market opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory * Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful execution * Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and client communications with a consultative, solutions-based approach * Manage day to day operations of our luxury showroom Qualifications * Proven experience in architectural sales, luxury building products, or fenestration preferred * Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and performance requirements * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and to build out a high growth territory. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable engaging with sophisticated design professionals on complex, custom projects What We Offer * Opportunity to represent a high growth fabricator of luxury fenestration products * High level of autonomy in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment * Collaborative culture focused on design excellence, quality, and long-term partnerships * Compensation: Highly competitive, performance-driven compensation designed for entrepreneurial sales professionals, with uncapped earning potential.
