Our company is looking to hire a Wireless Sales Associate for our Columbus team. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and provide solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to help resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make someone successful in this role. This role is entry level, so full, paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements
