Job Summary: Sisley is seeking a Salesperson/licensed Esthetician who is highly motivated and passionate about the beauty industry to join our very successful team at the number one Sisley Cosmetic Boutique in the world. The ideal candidate will be experienced in conducting facials and possess exceptional customer service and selling skills. Starting as a seasonal position with potential to a full time 30 hour position. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service * Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences * Meet or exceed sales goals set by the brand and store management * Keep the counter clean, organized and stocked with products * Maintain knowledge of the brand's products and services * Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques * Work with the Boutique Manager to ensure that inventory levels are maintained * Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times * Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases * Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Esthetician License * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in sales, preferably in the beauty industry * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment If you are a sales-driven, self-motivated esthetician with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end environment, we encourage you to apply.
