Duties * Engage with customers via phone to provide exceptional support and information about our lawn care services * Assist clients with inquiries regarding fertilization, weed control, insect management, and other treatments * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads and promote special offers * Process data entry accurately into our systems, including client details, service requests * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service experiences and support ongoing client relationships Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is preferred experience is a plus * MUST BE ABLE TO TALK & TYPE * Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions * Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and active listening skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Join us as a Sales/Customer Service Specialist where your energy fuels growth!
