Duties * Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored solutions. * Assist customers with product selection, account management, and troubleshooting. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems. * Stay informed about the latest wireless products, services, and promotions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Requirements * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. * Basic knowledge of wireless technology and products is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
