What We 're Looking for in You: * A competitive driver who enjoys meeting and exceeding medical device sales objectives for the territory. * Represent Arthrex Minnesota, an independent regional agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by educating and informing an audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. * Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies. * Communicate effectively with current and new customer accounts. * Identify and implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies. * Collaborate with the Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training, and mentoring. * Transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and Sales Associates as needed. * Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications. * Participate in and attend sales meetings, local labs, and off-site training sessions. * Uphold the mission of Arthrex and Arthrex Minnesota by " Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better." * Manage caseloads based on surgery schedules with varying hours. What You Need: * Bachelor's degree * Experience in the orthopedic medical device industry is a plus * Comfort working in surgery/operating room environments * Excellent communication (including public speaking and presentation), planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel within your territory regularly (up to 150 miles a day) and within the state as needed Arthrex Minnesota is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
