What We 're Looking for in You:
- A competitive driver who enjoys meeting and exceeding medical device sales objectives for the territory.
- Represent Arthrex Minnesota, an independent regional agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by educating and informing an audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with current and new customer accounts.
- Identify and implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and Sales Associates as needed.
- Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
- Participate in and attend sales meetings, local labs, and off-site training sessions.
- Uphold the mission of Arthrex and Arthrex Minnesota by " Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better."
- Manage caseloads based on surgery schedules with varying hours. What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the orthopedic medical device industry is a plus
- Comfort working in surgery/operating room environments
- Excellent communication (including public speaking and presentation), planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within your territory regularly (up to 150 miles a day) and within the state as needed Arthrex Minnesota is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
