Location: Dublin, Ohio Pay Rate: $16.50/hour + Monthly Incentive Pool Schedule Options: * 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays * 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM | Monday-Friday (No weekends) Position Overview Join our dynamic Customer Service Team as a Customer Service & Sales Associate! We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast- paced environment and are passionate about helping customers access financial solutions. In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional service while meeting performance goals.
