Location: Dublin, Ohio Pay Rate: $16.50/hour + Monthly Incentive Pool Schedule Options:

• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays
• 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM | Monday-Friday (No weekends) Position

Overview

Join our dynamic Customer Service Team as a Customer Service & Sales Associate! We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast- paced environment and are passionate about helping customers access financial solutions. In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional service while meeting performance goals. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in scheduling appointments for loan applications at branch locations
• Answer loan or account-related questions and resolve concerns
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction
• Handle high-volume inbound calls efficiently and professionally
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals Performance Expectations Meet or exceed monthly production goals based on KPIs, including:
• Inbound and outbound call volume
• Appointment-setting accuracy and completion
• Conversion rates
• Funded loans

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and accurate data entry
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Ability to pass background checks per company and regulatory standards
