Full description of the position
RLH Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth within an assigned regional territory. This role is ideal for a technically inclined sales professional who can quickly develop product knowledge, lead customer conversations, and effectively present solutions from our diverse product portfolio. The position is based in our Orange, CA office, with typical hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, though hours may vary based on territory needs. Out-of- state travel is required for customer visits, presentations, and industry conferences. Product Portfolio Includes (but is not limited to): * Fiber Optic Media Converters * Fiber Optic Cable * Fiber Patch Panels * Industrial Ethernet Switches * Ethernet I/O * Industrial Power Supplies * Telecommunications Enclosures Key Responsibilities: * Present and sell company products and solutions to new and existing customers * Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory * Maintain and expand relationships with established customers * Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales estimates * Track sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM * Schedule and conduct customer meetings to communicate new products and solutions * Represent RLH Industries at trade shows and conferences as an exhibitor * Meet or exceed assigned sales goals * Perform additional sales-related duties as needed Required Qualifications: * Previous sales experience in a related field * Experience using CRM platforms * Strong ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships * Excellent negotiation and closing skills * Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment * Willingness and ability to learn RLH's product portfolio * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Preferred (Not Required): * Telecommunications industry experience (technical or sales) * Familiarity with fiber optic technology * Understanding of basic networking principles Work Schedule: * Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Schedule may vary based on business needs Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary plus commission * Company covers 50% of Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * 401(k) with 3% employer match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personRLH Industries Inc.
