Full description of the position

Join a growing, productive financial advisory practice! We are seeking an energetic, organized, and articulate Prospective Client Liaison with a high level of professionalism to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop long-term relationships with prospects and clients, arranging appointments for our financial advisors and unaffiliated attorneys. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Marketing Duties * Engage prospects who have requested information from the Armstrong Advisory Group * Understand and communicate how our financial and estate planning services can meet client needs * Book high-quality appointments for advisors and attorneys Administrative Duties * Manage schedules and book appointments using Microsoft Outlook * Write and send appointment confirmation letters/emails * Maintain and update a Salesforce database of warm leads * Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospects * Coordinate and communicate with financial advisors and attorneys regularly * Handle confidential client information with discretion Requirements * Currently holding securities license(s) preferred * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Positive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanor * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook) * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms * Experience in sales and/or customer service * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Full background and credit check required * Must be able to commute to Needham, MA Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000 annually * Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities * Benefits Include: * 401(k) with company match * Generous Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * Life and Long-Term Disability insurance * Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * Paid time off and holidays Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts How to Apply: Please mail your resume and cover letter to Lois Ashe, Human Resources "Securities offered through Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., member FINRA/SIPC.
