Job Summary: North End Motors, a used vehicle dealership in Canton, Massachusetts, with over 275 units in stock, is seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales for our dealership. This is a Full Time position with a base salary of $800 a week plus commission structure, offering a potential monthly income of $4,000 to $10,000. We believe in promoting from within the company. * Family-owned and operated business with a positive and supportive work culture Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner * Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicle models and features * Conduct vehicle walk-around and test drives with customers * Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business * Effectively communicate with customers throughout the sale process * Complete sales transactions and paperwork accurately * Reach and exceed sales targets and goals * Attend sales meetings and training sessions Requirements: * Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Proficient with technology and computer systems * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * 41 hour work week.
