We are seeking a driven, personable, and consultative Residential Landscape Sales Representative to help homeowners bring their outdoor spaces to life. In this role, you will guide clients through a thoughtful sales process -- from initial inquiry to final proposal -- helping them design landscape maintenance programs and enhancement projects that match their lifestyle, vision, and budget. You will serve as a trusted advisor, educating homeowners on best practices, uncovering their goals, and collaborating with our design, office, and production teams to deliver customized, high-quality landscape solutions. Position Overview The Residential Landscape Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle for residential maintenance and enhancement services. This role blends relationship-building, project consulting, proposal development, and account management with a strong focus on long-term client satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle Execute the sales process from inbound leads and existing accounts while generating new opportunities through strategic market outreach, networking, and referrals. * Consultative client engagement Conduct on-site consultations to understand homeowner needs, goals, and budgets while providing expert guidance and creative solutions. * Proposal development & follow-up Prepare and present professional proposals, bids, and estimates in a timely manner and perform consistent follow-up on open opportunities. * Landscape expertise Provide expert guidance on landscape maintenance programs, seasonal services, and enhancement opportunities. * Revenue growth Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. * CRM & pipeline management Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. * Client satisfaction & retention Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication, service follow-up, and account development. * Market awareness Stay current on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape. * Winter operations support Assist with snow and ice operations during winter months as needed.
