Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual (Spanish/English) Property & Casualty Licensed and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and client services in both English and Spanish. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers will be key in ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved efficiently. This position requires strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as excellent phone etiquette. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. * Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management. * Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates. * Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and transaction details. * Utilize analysis skills to identify trends and improve service delivery. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. * Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients. Requirements * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED. * Licensed Property & Casualty with experience in an insurance agency REQUIRED * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in general computer skills. * Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers. * Sales experience is a plus, as it will aid in products or services when appropriate. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
