Earnings Appointment Setter: $6,000-$12,000 per month on average Solar Analyst: $10,000-$30,000 per month after promotion Team Leader: $200,000+ per year potential This is a performance-based role with uncapped income potential and a clear promotion path for top performers. Responsibilities Knock doors and start conversations with homeowners about solar energy. Schedule qualified appointments for our closing team. Use our CRM to track performance and manage follow-ups.
