Training will consist of enhancing current selling and business management skills and developing other skills and knowledge required for a Sales Representative position. Job Descriptions: * Complete internal formal training modules. * Participate in sales meetings and customer markets. * Participate in projects conducted at customer retail stores. * Work in customer stores, at an Orgill distribution center, and the Customer Service Department. * Travel with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers and Truck Drivers to observe and assist as assigned. * Work selected sales territories in the absence of a regularly assigned Sales Representative. * Working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications. Requirements: * Must have a working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications. * Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. * Must be willing to travel 4 - 5 days per week on an on-going basis. * Must be willing to relocate at Company expense when assigned a territory. * Prefer candidate with associate or bachelor's degree. * Prefer candidate with at least two years of related business or sales experience in our industry (retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, farm supply) #INDHOME
